Hand embroidered flowers and tree on a small fabric landscape. I imagined a place I’d like to be, and stitched it! The lavender in the foreground represents peace and tranquility. I’ve used seed stitch, French knots, bullion stitch, and satin stitch on batik fabrics. The original artwork is approximately 4”x 4”, while the entire framed piece measures about 6.5”x 6.5”. This is a tiny landscape with many hours of hand stitching in a decorative frame suitable for a shelf or desk.
